    Hotel was wonderful, friendly services, and it had amazing location in the train station. The venue was centrally located very close to a large park. And it was also close to around all embassy, coffee shop and other restaurants and certain public areas.

    The location is top because it is in the embassy district, so it is very central and clean.

    staff vacuuming the hallways leading to the rooms at 7:00 in the morning is just unacceptable for a 5-star hotel. it was every day... despite talking to the cleaning staff and manager, they actually don't care because this hotel is public, it belongs to the Indian government so the service you would expect to get in a 5* hotel does not exist here. You are warned... I stayed there twice with each time problems that only exist at home... never again if I can avoid it.

    Everything was perfect at this low budget hotel. The staff was experienced and the location was unbeatable. The room was neat and luxury, and it had a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control and an individual safe that were useful. The property was centrally located minutes from Amatrra Spa. The hotel was in a nice area. I've had a very nice stay for a business trip in this venue.

    The reception staff had an arrogant attitude, made check-in painful. The hotel's overall maintenance was lacking. It felt more like a neglected government office than a hotel.

    The hotel has a good quiet location and an impressive entrance area. The renovated rooms on the 7th floor were OK.

    The hotel is getting old in some areas. The WiFi is very bad and often didn't work at all. Price-performance ratio and standard is rather 4 stars.

    A bit far from the airport - at rush hour in traffic you need 40-50min. Without this, the airport can be reached within 15-20 minutes
